How the information is used and how long do we keep it for?
Laylocks Garden Centre loyalty card holders, emails & e-newsletters
We aim to make it clear and easy for you to choose how you hear from us. If you do not wish us to use your personal data for marketing purposes as outlined in this Privacy Notice, you can opt out by using the relevant tick box on the printed or online form on which we use to collect your data.
You can stop receiving emails and e-newsletters from us, at any time and in a number of ways

We will retain your personal information for only as long as you remain subscribed (i.e. you do not unsubscribe) or if we decide to cancel the Loyalty Card Scheme marketing emails, whichever occurs first.

Who do we share your personal data with?
No information collected by us will be sold or rented to any third parties. We may disclose information if we are requested by a regulator or law enforcement body.
We may use third party suppliers to store and process your information, such as IT and web service providers.We have made sure that these providers comply with data protection laws and ensure that they have appropriate security and organisational measures in place to protect the privacy of your information. Laylocks Garden Centre data is always held and processed within the European Union with the exception of MailChimp which we use for our Loyalty Card members E-newsletter. MailChimp are self-certified to the EU-US Privacy Shield and are committed to GDPR compliance.

We ensure that we implement appropriate physical and computer security controls alongside organisational measures to keep your information secure, accurate and up to date and that we only keep it for as long as is necessary or for as long as the law requires.
Although we use appropriate security measures once we have received your personal information, the transmission of information over the internet is never completely secure. We cannot guarantee the security of the information transmitted to our website, and this is done at the user’s own risk.
